Use of the platform
Mundi.Autos is a marketplace platform that connects dealerships and professional vehicle sellers with potential buyers. Users must be at least 18 years old to register. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information published in their listings. Mundi.Autos acts as an intermediary and is not a party to purchase transactions.
Vehicle listings
Listings must contain truthful and up-to-date vehicle information. Photographs must be genuine and correspond to the advertised vehicle. Mundi.Autos reserves the right to remove listings that do not comply with our policies or contain misleading information. Sellers are responsible for keeping their listings up to date.
Payments and subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the contracted period. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Mundi.Autos reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.
Limitation of liability
Mundi.Autos does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by sellers. We are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers. Our liability is limited to the proper functioning of the technology platform. We recommend buyers personally verify the condition of vehicles before purchase.
Modifications
Mundi.Autos reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users by email and published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
